Danella at work 2.JPG

I enjoy the process of creating something that doesn't exist, a make-believe world. Operating in another realm gives me a sense of relief and freedom.

I want my work to bring out the part of you that is willing to explore the world and yourself, inside and out.

Most recently, I've been pouring acrylic on various transparent surfaces: petri dishes, microscope slides, acetate film, acrylic boxes. When I paint, I don’t do any manipulating with my hands after I pour, I leave the design to water and wind.

Digitizing the pieces is the latest step and challenge, and a new art form for me. You can find my experiments on Rarible.
